My psychotherapy practice spanning almost three decades has interwoven mindfulness, attachment theory, and body-focused approaches.  My own interest in meditation helps me to more deeply engage others in expanding their self-understanding and awareness. With this larger perspective, they can move beyond fear into a more joyful and connected life.
